Comfortable furniture and spacious bed setup.
The lack of security measures was alarming. The entrance code was engraved on the keyring, which did not instill confidence. The steep stairs posed significant difficulty, especially for us elderly guests hauling luggage. We also found the television in our room frustratingly unreliable, often resulting in poor picture quality which was disappointing .

Clean room with nice amenities, but the steep stairs made access difficult. Breakfast options were basic yet satisfying.

Friendly staff in a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. They catered for the dietary requirements of one of our party very well.

Not much - good modern tv and internet access - once it worked in the morning. Couldn't get it to connect in evening.
Wasn't a great welcome, bathroom was extremely shabby, bed was like sleeping on a sack of spuds and there was a pair of old black trousers in the bottom of the wardrobe which immediately question the cleaning standards and feel uncomfortable in room

Clean room, comfortable furniture. The double bed and single bed provided ample space, and I appreciated the presence of tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was a treat, with options cooked to order, and the hosts were attentive, even remembering my tea preference. The cleanliness of the room struck me. The décor felt outdated and could use some refreshing. There were quite a few stairs to navigate, which could be tough for those with mobility issues. The experience felt homey, much like visiting family.

Convenient, good breakfast, good price for room, pleasant owner & staff.
Asked to leave key on hook when not in room, where anybody could have gotten key. And access to room. We are from the city where we can not do that. We had no problems.

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially as we turned up late due to delayed ferry. They also served us breakfast earlier as we had to catch an early ferry.
